What to put in the first message
Taken from the questions Giant’s own FAQ says it needs answered before it can quote.
- 01Case Size in millimetres, shape, and the material: 304 or 316L steel, ceramic, wood, brass.
- 02Movement Japan quartz, PC20 quartz, or Japanese automatic.
- 03Glass and lume Whether the build needs sapphire coated glass, and whether the hands and indices are luminous.
- 04Water resistance The rating the market expects, from 3ATM upward.
- 05Logo Where the mark goes and how it is applied.
- 06Quantity Per style and in total, so the MOQ question their FAQ raises is answered up front.
- 07Certification Whether the destination needs CE or RoHS documents with the shipment.
